Get started with Hyperfox
Your customers send orders by e-mail, as a PDF, a spreadsheet or a voice message. Hyperfox reads each order, fills it in and matches it to your customers, items and units. You check the order, correct anything read wrong and click Validate. Hyperfox then sends the order to your ERP.
Your first hour
- Sign in for the first time
- Learn about Inquiries, orders and lines
- Validate your first order: open an order, compare it with the document, click Validate.
If To validate has no order yet, send a test order and reject it afterwards.
If something goes wrong
- An order was read wrong
- A validated order is not in your ERP
- You don't see an order in Hyperfox
- You can't sign in
If none of these helps, report the problem to support.
