Sign in for the first time after your admin created your user. You choose a password, sign in and, if your organisation requires it, set up a code from your phone.
Check before you start
Check the following before you start:
- You have the e-mail "Your account has been created".
- If your organisation requires one, you have an authenticator app on your phone.
The e-mail does not name your organisation. The link in it works for 24 hours, as the e-mail states. If your organisation signs in with Microsoft, sign in with Microsoft and skip Set your password.
Set your password
- In the e-mail "Your account has been created", click Set your password to open Set New Password.
- In Password, enter at least 12 characters with upper and lower case letters, a number and a symbol.
- In Confirm Password, enter the same password.
- Click Reset Password.
- On Password Reset Successful, click Back to Login.
- Bookmark Log in to Hyperfox, so you can easily navigate to Hyperfox.
Sign in with Microsoft
If the page shows a button such as Sign in with Microsoft, skip the steps above. Click that button and sign in with your work account.
- On Log in to Hyperfox, enter your Email and Password.
- Click Log in.
Set up multi-factor authentication
Multi-factor authentication adds a code from your phone after your password. If your organisation requires it, Multi-Factor Authentication opens after your first sign-in. You cannot open Hyperfox until you finish. Single sign-on skips this step.
- Click Enable MFA. A QR code appears.
- With your authenticator app, scan the QR code.
- In Code, enter the code from the app.
- Click Confirm. Your recovery codes appear.
- Optional: To keep a copy of the recovery codes, click Download. Hyperfox has no field for recovery codes, so if you lose your phone, contact support.
- Click Continue.
From then on, Two-Factor Authentication opens after your password. Enter the code from the app in Code and click Verify. If you lose your phone, contact support to sign in again.
When sign-in fails
- If the link expired, Hyperfox shows "This password reset token is invalid." What to do next is in The invitation link no longer works.
- If the password is not accepted, change it until it meets every rule in the list under Password. Make sure that both fields match.
- After five failed attempts, Hyperfox blocks sign-in and shows "Too many login attempts." Wait before you try again.
- If your window is smaller than 1150 × 650 pixels, Hyperfox shows Unsupported Screen Size. Make the window larger.
