What the dashboard and the three order lists show
The Dashboard shows what waits for you. The three order lists, Processing, To validate and Archive, show one row per inquiry with the orders in it.
The dashboard
The Dashboard opens with a greeting and today's date.
| Element | Values | Meaning |
|---|
| Ready for your review | Number of orders | Orders waiting in To validate. A split inquiry counts once per order. |
| Review orders | Button | Opens To validate. |
| Forwarding active | Your Forward E-mail address, with Copy value | The address you forward order e-mails to. |
| Period | Today, Yesterday, This Week, Previous Week, This Month, Previous Month, This Quarter, Previous Quarter, This Year, Previous Year, Custom range | The period the Insights totals cover. The default is This Month. A custom range can span at most 5 years. |

| Credits used | Number | Order lines processed in the period. |
| Getting started | Four short tours | The tours are on Get started with Hyperfox. |
| What's new | Product updates | Details in Get started with Hyperfox. |
| Refresh | Every minute | The dashboard reloads its numbers automatically. |
Processing
Processing lists the inquiries Hyperfox is reading right now. When Hyperfox finishes an inquiry, the inquiry leaves this list and moves to To validate.
| Column or control | Meaning |
|---|
| in progress | Number of inquiries in the list. |
| Id | The inquiry id. Quote it when you contact support. |
| Status | Accepted (queued for reading) or Processing (Hyperfox is reading it). |
| Channel | How the inquiry arrived, as channel type and name. The Forward E-mail channel shows as "forward e-mailaddress". |
| Received at | When Hyperfox received the document. |
| Actions | View (eye) opens the inquiry. |
| Filters and sorting | Only a filter on Status. No sorting. |
| "No orders processing" | The list is empty. |
Open an inquiry from Processing
| Element | Meaning |
|---|
| A row, or View (eye) | Shows the e-mail and its attachments as Hyperfox received them. The view is read-only and has no actions. While Hyperfox reads an inquiry, you cannot edit, retry or reject it. |
| Back to processing | Returns to the list. |
To validate
To validate is your daily work list. The list shows every inquiry with at least one order that waits for a check. One row is one inquiry.
Split inquiries in the list
| Element | Meaning |
|---|
| A value in the row | A value all orders of the inquiry share. |
| Multiple, for example Multiple (2) | The orders differ in this column. The number is the number of orders. Click it to show one row per order. Click it again to collapse the row. |
| Accuracy | The lowest accuracy of the orders. |
| Open | On an order's own row: opens that order. |
Open by a colleague
Since the release of 30 September 2026.
| Element | Meaning |
|---|
| Initials in Open by a colleague | A colleague has the inquiry open. To see who it is and since when, point to the initials. The list checks every 15 seconds. |
| "{name} has this inquiry open. Try again once they close it." | You clicked Reject while a colleague has the inquiry open. What you can do then is in The screen is read-only: a colleague has the inquiry open. |
| "This inquiry was already validated, rejected or sent back for processing. Refresh the list." | Someone acted on the inquiry after your list loaded. To refresh, click Updated or press R. |
Archive
Archive holds every inquiry whose orders are done. Those orders are Validated, Submitted, Completed or Rejected. It shows the same columns as To validate, newest change first. If your admin adds a column for the user who validated an order, that column shows who validated or rejected each order. The steps are in See who validated or rejected an order.
| Column or control | Meaning |
|---|
| archived | Number of inquiries in the archive. |
| Your columns | The same columns as To validate. |
| Actions | View (eye) opens the inquiry. The archive has no Reject. |
| Multiple | The orders of a split inquiry differ in this column, as in To validate. Click it to show one row per order. |
| "No archived orders" | The archive is empty. |
Archive detail
| Element | Meaning |
|---|
| An archived inquiry | Opens What each part of the validation screen shows read-only, with the status badge of each order. |
| Reject, Save, Validate, Retry | Not shown. |
| Previous in the list, Next in the list (arrows) | Open the previous or next inquiry of Archive, with the list's sorting, filters and page. Shown only when you opened the inquiry from Archive in this browser tab. Shortcut ⌥ PgUp / ⌥ PgDn (Alt PgUp / Alt PgDn on Windows). Steps in Step through the archive. |
| Close and go back | Returns to the list, on the row of the inquiry you closed. |
Filters, sorting and page size
Since the release of 16 September 2026.
The lists in this area share one set of controls. Reference data and Codex use the same controls.
| Control | What it does |
|---|
| Updated, followed by a time | Shows when Hyperfox last loaded the list. To reload the list, click it or press R. |
| Row density | Cycles the row height through Compact, Dense and Comfortable. The button shows the current setting. |
| Sorting | Opens the sort panel. Under Add a field, choose a column. You can sort on several columns. Each column header also has Sort by, followed by the column name. Not on Processing. |
| Filters | Opens the filter panel. Under Filter a field, choose a column and a comparison, then click Apply. Each filterable column header also has Filter, followed by the column name. |
| Clear all | Shown under Active sort or Active filters in the panel. Clears every sort or filter. |
| Clear filters | Shown when no row matches your filters. Clears your filters. |
| per page | 10, 25 or 50 rows per page. |
| PgUp / PgDn | Go to the previous or next page. You can also enter a page number. |
| Filter comparisons | contains, is, is not, starts with, is empty, is any of and between, depending on the column. |
| Sort directions | A→Z and Z→A for text, Low and High for numbers, Oldest and Newest for dates. |
| Remembered settings | Hyperfox keeps the sorting, filters and page size of each list in your browser for two days. Hyperfox keeps the row density for a year. Both stay after you log out. |
| Keys | Every list also works from the keyboard. The keys are listed in All keyboard shortcuts in Hyperfox, by screen. |
What the lists do not do
- No column for the sender or for a team, and no view per team. Every user sees every inquiry of your organisation. The sender is on the From: line in the Source pane.
- No filter on the mailbox or the country. You filter only on the columns your admin set up. Only Processing shows Channel. To filter on such a field, ask your admin to add a column on it.
- No column widths to set. To read a value in full, open the inquiry.
- No default filter or saved view for your team. Each list keeps the filters and sorting you set in your own browser. How long they stay is under Filters, sorting and page size.
- No sound or browser message when an order arrives. When the processing count changes, To validate reloads automatically.
- No column for when an order last changed, and no default sort in To validate. Archive shows the newest change first.
