Roles in Hyperfox

Your role sets what you can open and change in Hyperfox. Hyperfox has three roles:

  • User (operator): checks and validates orders.
  • Admin: does everything a user does and opens Admin settings.
  • Super-admin: only Hyperfox holds this role, and an admin cannot give it.

Every role​

Everyone can open the Dashboard, the Processing, To validate and Archive screens, Reference data with its Dropzone, and Codex. On an order, everyone can correct the fields and lines and click Validate or Reject. Everyone can also add a missing customer, address or item to a list that is not read-only.

Nobody can delete an inquiry or an order. Reject the inquiry instead.

Admins only​

An admin also sees Admin settings (gear) in the header. Admin settings holds, among others, Channels, Routes, Mappings, Users, Master Data and Export Profiles. On an order, an admin also sees Developer tools.

If you need to add a colleague as a user, show another column in reference data, or change a reference data list, ask your admin to do it for you.

A super-admin can do more than an admin. What you can configure, and what Hyperfox configures lists which settings are your admin's and which are Hyperfox's.
