What the lists do not do

  • No column for the sender or for a team, and no view per team. Every user sees every inquiry of your organisation. The sender is on the From: line in the Source pane.
  • No filter on the mailbox or the country. You filter only on the columns your admin set up. Only Processing shows Channel. To filter on such a field, ask your admin to add a column on it.
  • No column widths to set. To read a value in full, open the inquiry.
  • No default filter or saved view for your team. Each list keeps the filters and sorting you set in your own browser. How long they stay is under Filters, sorting and page size.
  • No sound or browser message when an order arrives. When the processing count changes, To validate reloads automatically.
  • No column for when an order last changed, and no default sort in To validate. Archive shows the newest change first.
