Hyperfox can show a service message in the header of every screen. Admins build the template of a reference data list by choosing fields instead of typing them, and webhooks and export profiles receive the details of the e-mail an order came from.
New
- When Hyperfox has a notice for every customer, such as planned maintenance or a carrier outage, it shows a service message under the header of every screen; Details shows the full text and Minimise folds it into a chip; see Notices in the header.
- When you set the template of a reference data list, you search the fields of the list and of its linked records and insert them, and a preview shows the result on a real record before you save; see Change a reference data list › Change what a picker shows.
- For an order that arrived by e-mail, webhooks and export profiles receive the subject, the message id and the references of that e-mail next to the order; see What Hyperfox sends to your ERP › What is in the message.
Changed
- When an order mail was forwarded through a ticketing system, the AI keeps the ticket block above the message, such as the original contact, instead of skipping it; see How the AI reads an order › Read the document.
Fixed
- A PDF that a channel sent with the wrong file type opens in the PDF viewer instead of an empty grey pane, and other files with the wrong type open in the viewer that fits their file name; see The validation screen › Source pane.
- Typing in a picker on a reference data form, or in a filter on a linked record in a list, filters the options again instead of showing the whole list; see Add, edit and delete reference data records › Add a record.
