This release lets you work through To validate without going back to the list: arrows and keys step to the previous or next order, and Validate opens the next order.

On an inquiry opened from To validate, Previous in the list and Next in the list (arrows) next to the inquiry number open the previous or next order of the list. The arrows follow the list's sorting, filters and page.
⌥ PgDn
and
⌥ PgUp
(
Alt PgDn
/
Alt PgUp
on Windows) do the same; see Work through a list order by order › Step to the next or previous order.

Validate reads Validate & next when the list has a next order, and opens that order after validating. Reject moves on in the same way. To return to the list after every order instead, click Choose where Validate takes you (arrow) and choose Validate & back to list. Hyperfox keeps the choice with your account; see Work through a list order by order › Validate and go on to the next order.

A read-only inquiry, because a colleague has it open or it was validated or rejected after you opened it, shows Next beside Back to list; see Work through a list order by order › Go on when the inquiry is read-only.

This release adds a totals bar to split inquiries, shows what each save of an AI mapping changed, and keeps your place in every document of the source pane.

On a split inquiry, a totals bar under the lines shows two rows: the order you are on and All orders with the number of orders, for example All orders (3), with one quantity column per unit. Rejected orders are left out of that row, and the archive detail shows the same bar; see Work with a split inquiry › Check the totals.

Version history of an AI mapping shows what each save changed compared to the version before it, warnings included: Changed, Added or Deleted per field, and for a changed field only the part that changed; see Steer how the AI reads a field › Restore an earlier version.

In the source pane, each document keeps its scroll position, page and zoom when you switch between the message and the attachments, and the pane shows the keys that step between them (
⌥ ⇧ ↑
and
⌥ ⇧ ↓
); see The validation screen › Source pane.

In a browser where you have not chosen a page size in the last two days, the order lists open with 50 rows per page instead of 10; see Order lists and the dashboard › Filters, sorting and page size.

On Reference data, you add, change, copy and delete the records of a list that no import fills, in a side panel or right in a cell of the table. Why: correcting or adding a few records no longer needs a new import file or help from Hyperfox. How it works: a list filled by an import shows Read-only, because the next import run removes records added by hand; see Add, edit and delete reference data records › Add a record.

One person edits an inquiry at a time, colleagues see who has it open, and Take over hands it to you.

This release lets only one person edit an inquiry at a time, shows who has it open, and adds Take over. Microsoft 365 channels get a name for the Submitted label.

Highlights

Whoever opens an inquiry first holds the lock on it: a colleague who opens it too sees it read-only, with a bar that names you, and To validate shows your initials under Open by a colleague. Why: two people correcting the same inquiry no longer overwrite each other's work without noticing. How it works: the lock ends when you leave the inquiry, and Take over gives it to a colleague at once and discards your unsaved changes; see What happens when you and a colleague open the same order › Take over.

New

On a Microsoft 365 channel, Label names has a name for Submitted, the Outlook category Hyperfox puts on a mail whose order was sent to your integration. Like the other names, it is required, must differ from the others and applies only to mail processed afterwards; see Channels › Microsoft 365.

Changed

When two people validate the same inquiry at the same moment, Hyperfox sends it once. The notice on an inquiry that a colleague already validated or rejected names that colleague, without a time; see Save or Validate is blocked, or the order is read-only › "This inquiry was already validated" or "This inquiry was rejected".

A refused save shows "Save failed" with "Fill in the required fields. The errors are shown at the fields." in your language; see Save or Validate is blocked, or the order is read-only › "Save failed": "Fill in the required fields. The errors are shown at the fields.".

The AI skips hidden rows, columns and sheets when it reads an Excel file; see How the AI reads an order › Read the document.

The Qargo connector files the original e-mail and its PDF attachments as documents on the Qargo order, and no longer the data file of Hyperfox or signature images. A failed Qargo export now always leaves a failed run under the export profile; see What Hyperfox sends to your ERP › The template decides the format.

Codex, the admin logs, the webhook log and the import and export run lists also remember the number of rows per page you chose; see Order lists and the dashboard › Filters, sorting and page size.

Orders that came in through an API channel show "—" for accuracy in To validate and Archive instead of a red 0 %, and a split inquiry shows the lowest accuracy of its orders; see Order and inquiry statuses › Accuracy.

When the unit picker of a line allows only the units of the item, it lists all of them, also the ones further down the list; see Fix order lines: item, quantity and unit › Change the quantity and the unit.

In a document that holds a collective page with every item and a page per order, pointing to a line jumps to the page of that order; see The validation screen › Source pane.

Two attachments with the same file name in one e-mail are both kept, instead of the second replacing the first; see Which e-mails and attachments Hyperfox picks up › Which attachments the AI reads.

When the AI flags a value on an order or a line, for example a delivery date in the past, the field gets an amber tint for a warning or a blue tint for info, with the message under it, and the Errors & warnings pane lists every message. Why: a value the AI doubts no longer looks the same as a value it is sure of, so you know where to look before you validate. How it works: warnings and info never block Validate and stay after you edit the field, while an error on the same field still wins; see The validation screen › Errors pane.

Your admin writes the warnings in the AI mapping: in the Fields view, under Warnings next to the extraction instruction of a field, and under Order for warnings about the whole order. Each warning has a condition the AI checks and the message you see; see Mappings.

Select lines and click Duplicate (
D
) to add a copy of each selected line in the same order. The selection stays, so you can duplicate the same lines again; see Fix order lines: item, quantity and unit › Change several lines at once.

Your admin can switch on Enforce filter on a picker, so the list stays limited to the records that belong to the field it filters on and you cannot switch the filter off. Warn on multiple options adds a warning while more than one record fits, also on the columns of the lines; see Change the columns and fields of the order screens › Switch a picker filter on, off or to enforced.

An export profile can send orders to Odoo: choose Odoo in Provider, with an API connection; see Set up an export profile › Create the profile.

The reject confirmation asks the same question in To validate and on the validation screen. On a split inquiry it says that it rejects all orders of the inquiry, and it no longer names the value of the first column of the row; see Reject an order › Reject from the list.

The Custom BC export reads Business Central's answer: a refused order gets Submit Failed with Business Central's reason, and an accepted order gets Business Central's order number as its external ID; see What Hyperfox exchanges with Business Central › What the codeunit answers.

On an AS2 channel, your admin can fill in Processed folder, the sub-folder Hyperfox moves a file into once it picked the file up, for partners who fix that name on their side; see Channels › AS2 (EDI).

In an HTML e-mail, the AI reads the text without the layout clutter of the mail, and an
.htm
or
.html
attachment that only repeats the mail body is no longer read a second time; see Which e-mails and attachments Hyperfox picks up › Which attachments the AI reads.

On an AS2 channel, the APERAK acknowledgement Hyperfox sends back repeats the parties of the incoming order, such as the delivery party, and no party your partner did not send; see EDI.

Every save of an AI mapping is kept as a version, with who saved it and when.
Hyperfox puts a coloured Outlook category on a mail in a watched Microsoft 365 mailbox once its inquiry is completed or needs attention, so you see in Outlook what happened to it, and your admin can give the categories your own names under Label names; see Connect Microsoft 365 and choose mailboxes › Choose the label names.

An admin can delete a channel straight from the channels list with Delete; the Microsoft 365 channel keeps Disconnect instead; see Channels › Channels list.

A form field can be a tableselect: a searchable picker in which you choose several records at once; see Master Data › Form fields tab.

The new layout is the only layout: the switch between the old and the new layout is gone and every user works in the new one; see Where things are.

To watch a Microsoft 365 mailbox, you type its address under Watched mailboxes instead of picking it from a list of every mailbox in your organisation, and an address that does not exist is refused before anything is saved; see Connect Microsoft 365 and choose mailboxes › Add the mailboxes to watch.

The Add panel no longer blocks the screen behind it, so you can select and copy text from the PDF while you fill it in; see Add a missing customer, address or item while validating › Create the record.

A required field that is empty shows a short sentence, such as "Customer reference is required", under the field and in the errors pane; see The validation screen › Errors pane.

A picker shows every line of a record's text again instead of cutting it off, and opening it shows your current choice at the top of the list; see Add a missing customer, address or item while validating › Search the list.

On an inquiry with many orders, the order tabs scroll sideways instead of breaking onto a second line; see The validation screen › Order tabs.

The issue date column on To validate and Archive can be sorted; see Order lists and the dashboard › Filters, sorting and page size.

A placeholder in the file name of an export profile can take a value from a record linked to the order, with a dot between the names; see Export Profiles › Profile fields.

PDFs in the source pane are sharp on every screen, also on external monitors and when you zoom in; see The validation screen › Source pane.

A list no longer stays empty when the sorting or filters remembered in your browser are damaged, or when one of its columns points to a field that no longer exists; see Order lists and the dashboard › Filters, sorting and page size.

A page that failed to load part of the app no longer sends you back and forth between the sign-in page and your identity provider; see Microsoft shows an error instead of returning you to Hyperfox.

Choose an existing AI mapping for a route, delete files from the Dropzone, and let the AI read RTF attachments.

This release lets you reuse an AI mapping on a route, adds keyboard shortcuts to the pickers on the validation screen, and lets the AI read
.rtf
attachments.

Highlights

Choose the mapping of a route

In the new layout, each route has a Mapping picker that holds the AI mapping the route uses. Why: a new route no longer needs a new AI mapping built from nothing, and you can move a route to another mapping without rebuilding it. How it works: search for an existing mapping and choose it, or type a name and choose New mapping. The mapping opens below the picker to edit, and when other channels use the same mapping a warning says how many, because your changes apply to all of them; see How the AI reads an order › Choose a route.

New

Delete a file from the Dropzone with Delete on its row. After you confirm Delete file?, the file is removed for good; see Dropzone.

The template of a list can show a value from a related record: type the name of the relationship, a dot and the field, for example
{{brand.name}}
next to
{{code}}
, and every picker of that list shows the brand's name. The help text under the template field gives the syntax; see Change a reference data list › Change what a picker shows.

In the new layout, tab to a picker on the validation screen and start typing: the list opens with your first character in the search box.
Backspace
or
Delete
empties a filled picker, and
⇧ Enter
opens the whole line for editing; see Keyboard shortcuts › Editing a cell.

The AI reads order attachments in
.rtf
format; see Which e-mails and attachments Hyperfox picks up › Which attachments the AI reads.

Changed

The AI reads the numbers in an
.xlsx
attachment as Excel shows them: a cell that holds 10.08 but shows 10 is read as 10; see Which e-mails and attachments Hyperfox picks up › Which attachments the AI reads.

Fixed

In the new layout, the Add action, followed by the name of the list, is back above a picker field, such as a delivery address, and the record you create with it fills the field instead of leaving it empty; see Add a missing customer, address or item while validating › Create the record.

When the AI read a unit on a line but found no item, the line keeps that unit instead of showing an empty Select; see Fix order lines: item, quantity and unit › Change the quantity and the unit.

Codex entries scoped to a customer are also found in environments where the customer field of the order points to another list, and two entries that cancel each other out also do so when the AI matches by text; see How Codex learns from your corrections › How the AI uses entries.

In the new layout, Save is refused when a colleague saved the inquiry, or Hyperfox processed it again, while you were working. This inquiry has changed tells you that your unsaved changes were not applied.
Typing in a picker on the validation screen, in an order field or in the item and unit cells of the lines, searches everything the picker shows, the main text and the second text; see How the order model and the reference data lists work › How a record is named.

Every picker takes its second text from the template of its list, set in the settings of the entity on Reference Data. On Master Data, the template of a table field or a form field is now read-only and points to that setting; see Change a reference data list › Change what a picker shows.

An inquiry that Hyperfox processes again, for example after Retry, no longer ends up with two sets of orders: the new run replaces the orders of the inquiry; see The same order appears twice › After a Retry the orders look different.

A Codex entry stays on the field it was recorded on, and no longer replaces a correct match when the document states another code than the one the entry recorded; see How Codex learns from your corrections › How the AI uses entries.

The AI reads spreadsheet attachments in
.ods
format correctly; see Which e-mails and attachments Hyperfox picks up › Which attachments the AI reads.

An import from an API no longer fails when a record leaves out a field that the import profile maps; see Import Profiles.

Hyperfox now opens in the new layout for everyone. This release also adds undo on the validation screen and a toolbar on the PDF viewer, and fixes the lines table on long orders.

Highlights

The new layout for everyone

The new layout, with its denser lists and the command palette, is now the layout every user gets. Why: you no longer have to switch the new layout on yourself to work with the screens built for it. How it works: the first time you open Hyperfox in a browser after midnight on 17 July, it opens in the new layout, and you can go back to the previous layout by switching off New design in the Account menu; see Get started with Hyperfox › Your account.

Undo on the validation screen

In the new layout, the validation screen remembers each change you make to an inquiry until you save it. Why: a wrong edit, a deleted line or a deleted order no longer has to be typed in again. How it works: press
⌘ Z
(
Ctrl Z
on Windows) to undo the last change and
⌘ ⇧ Z
(
Ctrl Shift Z
on Windows) to redo it, and the sub-header says what
⌘ Z
would undo; see The validation screen › Undo.

New

On your first visit to the new layout, a short tour shows the command palette, the keyboard shortcuts and What's new on the Dashboard. Start it again with "Take the tour" in the command palette; see Tours.

The PDF viewer on the validation screen has a toolbar with Previous page, Next page, a page number you can type, Zoom out, Zoom in and Reset zoom to 100%. Rotate clockwise turns a scan that arrived sideways a quarter turn; see The validation screen › Source pane.

In the new layout, routes have their own item under Admin settings: Routes, where you choose the channel and manage its routes without opening the channel; see How the AI reads an order › Choose a route.

In the new layout, the Dropzone has its own item under Admin settings, and the S3 connection it uses is shown as Dropzone on the Integrations page; see Integrations › Dropzone.

In the new layout, an import profile can run Hourly or Every X hours. Under Schedule, None means the profile only runs when you start it; see Import Profiles.

Changed

In the new layout, the e-mail channel is called Forward E-mail; see Channels › Forward E-mail.

In the new layout, a date filter on a list is a date range: pick a start and an end date, or clear one end to leave it open. The active filter shows the range itself; see Order lists and the dashboard › Filters, sorting and page size.

In the new layout, the Insights period on the Dashboard can again be a Custom range that you pick on a calendar; see Order lists and the dashboard › The dashboard.

In the new layout, Set unit on selected lines opens a list you can search, which stays the same size however many units your environment has; see Fix order lines: item, quantity and unit › Change several lines at once.

In the new layout, leaving a page with unsaved changes through the command palette, or closing the browser tab, asks first, so your changes are not lost without a warning; see The validation screen › Dialogs.

Fixed

In the new layout, fixing the field that blocks an order enables Validate at once, without saving first, and the disabled Validate button no longer turns white when you point at it; see Save or Validate is blocked, or the order is read-only › Validate is disabled: "Resolve all errors to validate".

In the new layout, the Total row under the lines shows the first three unit totals and puts the others behind a "more" button, instead of covering half the lines. Scrolling a long order no longer leaves empty stretches, and the focused cell no longer hides behind the totals or the column headers; see Fix order lines: item, quantity and unit › Check the totals.

In the new layout, the lines show the name of the matched item again instead of only its code, and a long product name wraps onto a second line instead of being cut off; see The validation screen › Lines.

In the new layout, on an order with more than one lines table,
Tab
walks through each table once and then moves to its add-line button; see Keyboard shortcuts › Lines grid.

A scanned PDF shows all its printed text in the viewer again, and an attachment that arrives with an unusual file type opens in the right viewer based on its file extension; see The validation screen › Source pane.
